Chai-Spiced Crumb Coffee Cake...or should it be Tea Cake? Either one, it's definitely a keeper. I came across this recipe while looking for a treat for today, since my house was wonderfully full of my family. It ended up being a perfect afternoon "pick-me-up"; the cake was moist and delicate, and the topping...oh the topping...was sweet and full of those wonderful spices that make Chai one of my favorite treats.
